Description

We are now releasing the MiR Battery Service Tool (order number 140001).

This tool kit includes:

• MiR Battery Service Tool for 48V Batteries
• MiR Battery Service Tool for 24V Batteries  

The tools help diagnose and resolve issues with MiR batteries and update the battery firmware. Each tool consists of a battery service software you can install on your Windows PC and cables that let you connect your PC directly to a battery and run a diagnostics check.

For the 48V battery service tool, you can download the battery diagnosis software from the online version of the guide How to use the MiR Battery Service Tool for 48V Batteries.

For the 24V battery service tool, create a MiR support request to receive the battery diagnosis software and license to run the software. The license is active for 14 days and then needs to be renewed by MiR Technical Support. This is because we are licensing the software through the battery manufacturer.
