We have become aware of a potential compatibility issue relating to software version 3.5.2 and some MiR500 and MiR1000 robots.
Installing software version 3.5.2 on a MiR500 or MiR1000 robot can, on some units, put the power board into an error state, which will make the robot unable to turn on after the installation.
We are working on releasing a patch version of the software, which will rectify the issue.
MiR500 and MiR1000 robots that are unable to turn on after software version 3.5.2 has been installed can be reverted to a functioning state and made able to operate on software version 3.5.2 with the assistance of MiR Technical Support.
Under special circumstances, if you need to install software version 3.5.2 on a MiR500 or MiR1000, for example, due to other units already having software version 3.5.2 installed, MiR Technical Support can assist in the process to ensure a successful installation.
